Located approximately a mile from the beach and the center of town in the Katama / South Beach section of Edgartown, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home provides all of the necessary amenities for a wonderful family vacation. The house has a large spacious floor plan, which includes a cathedral ceiling and second floor loft that over looks the connecting kitchen and living room below. The large sliding door in the kitchen opens to a large wrap around deck which leads to the newly designed enclosed outdoor shower.
The home is very well maintained with many new improvements within the past year, including the following: hard wood flooring in the living room and stairs, ceramic tiles in the kitchen and both bathrooms, 7’ wide sliding Andersen French door, sofa and love seat equipped with slipcovers for protection, gas powered grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, entertainment system featuring a 27” television w/ cable, VCR, and stereo with CD player.
