The Fine Print:
It is always best to book way in advance as possible. Holiday weekends,
the Ski Season and the Summer months are the busiest times. To hold your
reservation we need 50% deposit of the total rental fee. Upon arrival the
remaining 50% is required plus a security deposit in the amount of $100.00.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and/or major credit cards. If no
damage is done to the house and its equipment and no excessive clean up
is needed, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Rules:
full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before scheduled arrival (except during the Summer months where 21 days is required).
